Ms. Core, Development Principal,  oversees project management of LIHTC 9%-financed properties, 4% tax-exempt bond-financed properties, HUD, and RD acquisitions.

Ms. Core received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She earned her Masters Degree in Human Development and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Recently, she was named to the Triangle Business Journal’s 2006 Class of 40 Business Leaders under 40. In addition, she has a deep passion for mentoring and motivational speaking. She has published a book relating to women’s issues and served on the Wake County Commission on Women for two years.
