In April of 2003, Integra Development Partners opened its doors based on the fundamental principles of loyalty, integrity, honesty, trust and commitment.

After developing and building thousands of apartment homes, our experienced team has refined the ability to develop high-quality affordable housing for individuals and families of modest means.

We recognize how important it is to develop more than just buildings. We are proud to build neighborhoods. Integra concentrates on creative land planning to ensure that each development blends harmoniously with the surrounding community.

Integra creates multifamily communities surrounded by landscaped green space for residents to enjoy. A full array of amenities - such as community meeting areas, fitness rooms, child play areas and recreation areas - promote the health and well being of our residents. We work closely with local governments and community organizations to build lasting, positive relationships. By paying attention to every detail, we create communities we can truly call home.

Integra Development:

Integra develops three types of multifamily communities: new construction for families and seniors, acquisition and rehabilitation of existing properties, and adaptive reuse of historic properties.

  • New construction provides the opportunity to provide high-quality housing for individuals and families of modest means. We also partner with other developers to provide the affordable housing component within a larger residential or mixed-use development. The successful working relationships that our team has with local officials and planning staff ensure that a comprehensive balanced community is created.
  • Integra acquires existing apartment complexes and works to convert them to "like new" condition. We renovate these properties with new energy efficient appliances, new flooring, provide stylish interior design and in many cases, completely demolish the existing kitchens and bathrooms in order to remodel with new cabinets, countertops and features. In addition, Integra will often add exterior architectural features to enhance the complete revitalization. Integra always provides new landscaping features, new recreation amenities and new signage all to recreate a sense of community and pride.
  • Our expertise extends to the adaptive re-use of historic buildings. With the use of historic tax credits, we are able to rescue historic sites from demolition and restore them to a new functionality. Former schools, stores, factories, hospitals or hotels now serve as attractive affordable housing for seniors.
